ACMA Licensing

In general, all radio broadcasters functioning in Australia must be licensed by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA)., the country’s radiocommunications regulator.
We help our telco clients to comply with ACMA licenses along with our device registration services.
We can tell you whether you need a class or spectrum license to operate your radiocommunications transmitter. In all other circumstances, an equipment license is required for your transmitter. You may contact us to find out what form of license is best for you and, if necessary, apply for one.
Suppose your company is authorised to operate a transmitter under a frequency license. In that case, that transmitter must be registered unless it is a type of transmitter explicitly excluded under a license condition.
Our role in your ACMA Licensing
The ACMA has accredited our staff to perform the frequency given task and interference evaluation required for the various ACMA licensing or registration of your network system, by the law and the ACMA’s procedural documents, under its certified person scheme. In other circumstances, the ACMA may not have stated any coordination or allocation mechanism, in which case our engineers have the competence to develop our interference control criteria based on the International Telecommunication Union’s standards and recommendations (ITU).
In addition to knowing that the job has been done correctly, our services provide you peace of mind; your business will also save resources and time. We have taken care of the significant component of the ACMA license registration procedure.
